The transaction was more than a year ago but since a member here asked me about why I left him a negative feedback I thought I'd share it here too.
The story below:
-He had a working complete iPod Video, just the battery needed to be replaced, that I was going to buy.
-After almost 2 months of PM'ing here and there we meet up.
-He hands me a destroyed iPod Video with the unit completely disassembled. I look at it as if it was a joke.
-The only reason I was buying the iPod was for the hard drive since my own personal one was dead.
-I ask him if the hard drive works at the very least. He says yes for sure.
-Stupid of me but I offer a bit less since it obviously wasn't a complete working iPod like we had agreed.
-So I buy it from him and go home to place the hard drive in my iPod.
-Low and behold his iPod's hard drive is dead.
-Now very angry, I quickly call/text him a couple times with no response.
-After a day of waiting, I leave a negative feedback to then he quickly responds and says why did you leave it (where was he all this time to only respond when I left him a negative feedback?).
-I say I kept calling and no response and to the worst of it, the harddrive at the very least doesn't even work.
-He then has the nerve to tell me that he used my money to buy alcohol so he won't refund me.
I suggest you don't purchase off him.
Now get this:
He responded to me negative feedback.
"The iPod was sold to this person as a not working water damaged iPod video for $30."
Here is the original BST thread.

Please tell me where it ever mentioned it was non-working and water damaged!
I saved a print screen of the thread just in case he edits to his liking.
