Most store can give you a good price, if you shop around. You can always bargain with the sells person.
What you want/need, and the best thing, it all depends on your budget.

Costco for me... competitive price and lots of selection... Above all 2 years warranty.

Personally I would buy from big box retailer that allows easy returns, in case you get the dreaded dead pixel. Many mom & pop stores don't want to deal with returns.
