David Tennant, the tenth doctor, and Georgia Moffett who portrayed the doctors daughter in the episode of the same name, are having a child. Georgia is also the actual daughter of Peter Davidson the fifth doctor.
In the actual storyline, River had timelord DNA spliced into her own because she was conceived in the Tardis. So she's essentially the love child of Amy, Rory and the Tardis.

I've not seen that show, but she was great on Terminator Chronicles and 300 so I can believe it.
