Just a warning to all mothers who want to get in shape after giving birth; please avoid at all cost in enrolling here (www.mommyandbabyfitness.com) FYI, it's a licencing operation, so no classes are a-like. I'm just going to focus on the West Toronto one being operated by Tina Di Leo

Background info:
My wife had enrolled with them back in Feb '12 for an 8 week class and was suppose to start in April; it didn't, class started in May. Class started fine with 8 mothers; by the 3 week, only 4 remained. Towards the end, 2.
This is my wife's problem with her and this stroller class: it's understandable to cancel class due to weather, it's acceptable to cut classes short when it looks it's going to rain. What is not acceptable is to cancel class when only 2 show up (happened 1 time at week 6) and to cancel altogether because no one else wants to continue (my wife was the lone soldier at the end). These people pay for this service, whether 100 or 2 people are enrolled.

My wife and I had been in contact with both Tina and the company, Mommy and Baby Fitness, in regards to the canceled classes. We were promised to receive a refund for $40 (we wanted $60, for the canceled class at week 6). After 2 weeks, follow up email was sent to them asking when we would receive a refund, went unanswered. We have been waiting about a month and a half now without any results.

Pretty sure that the other operators at the other locations do a good job, but Tina Di Leo is a shady character. If you are in the Toronto West location, Mississauga or Etobicoke area, please look elsewhere.

I just want to say, Tina, you are a bit*h, who takes advantage of mothers. People pay for your services, live up to them. Just because you get lazy is no excuse not to continue. It's a shame that Mommy and Baby Fitness employees these type of people.
