Just wondering for all the Acanac People out there, does the VPN for Cable work at stopping bittorent throttling? I had Acanac DSL up until May and at the end, Bell seemed to have found a way to defeat Acanac's VPN de-throttling. I am now moving back to Toronto in November, and wondering if anyone who has Acanac can confirm that with the VPN I won't be throttled if I get Acanac DSL.
Also, I'm moving to downtown, College and University. Wondering if anyone there has experience with whether there is congestion/slowdowns (both with Acanac OR Teksavvy, just let me know which one you have and your current experience).
