View Full Version : My Workout routine - Improvements?

Hi, I have been doing this routine now for 2 years and I am beginning to question it.

Monday-Friday pretty much the same things.

Before Work Cross fit, After work muay thai for an hour then bjj for an hour and a half.

Saturdays Bjj for an hour and a half and soccer.

Sunday Rest.

I have been training in both MT and BJJ since 2005.

But now I want to maybe try other things. Id love to add Boxing and Judo into the mix as well as Krav Maga. But I am not sure how they would fix into my time table. Also the BJJ and MT are two different schools. There is no MMA gym in my area yet that I know of. Where I train in bjj they rent a space from a Krav Maga school. So taking Krav would be easy for me. Thoughts?
