Sweepstakes:
1. ENTER the contest, complete an online entry ballot in full obtained at www.talktriumph.com/sears and submit as instructed or you can enter by printing your name, address and daytime telephone number on a plain piece of paper and mail to: Triumph Sears Sweepstakes, # 6-2300 Bristol Circle, Oakville, ON L6H 5S3. Triumph International (Canada) Inc. and Sears Canada Inc. (the “Sponsors”) and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, damaged, illegible or postage-due requests or mail. No metered mail accepted. Each entry must be mailed separately in an envelope bearing sufficient postage.
2. Sweeptakes Prizes: There are ten (10) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of a lingerie prize pack with a retail value of $125. Winners will choose from a selection of Triumph merchandise. Prize must be accepted as awarded. Prizes cannot be converted to cash. Only one prize per family, household, or address will be awarded. 3. The Draw: A random draw will take place on or about November 28, 2011 at 10:30 am in Toronto, Ontario from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning the Sweepstakes will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Only selected entrants will be notified. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrants must first correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone or mail at a pre-arranged, mutually convenient time. The selected entrants will also be required to sign and return a standard declaration and release from confirming compliance with these Official Rules before being declared a winner. Declaration and release forms must be returned within the time period indicated in the documents or the prize will be forfeited. If the selected entrants cannot be contacted within ten (10) business days, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.

The contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the province in which they reside, except employees of Triumph International (Canada) Inc., and Sears Canada Inc., their affiliated companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, licensees, and members of their respective families living in the same household. 5. Claims or submissions that have been tampered with, mis-printed or de-faced in any manner will be declared void. Game pieces are void and will be rejected if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels or if any part is reproduced, illegible, mutilated, forged, altered, counterfeited or tampered with in any way, or if any game materials contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, or other errors. No substitution for the prizes will be allowed. 6. All prizes will be delivered to confirmed winners. By accepting the Prize, the winners consent to the use of their name, address (city, province/territory) and/orphotograph, without further compensation or notice, in any publicity carried out in any media whatsoever by Sponsor, and/or its advertising and promotional agencies, in association with this Sweepstakes. 7. By entering, contestants agree to abide by these Official Rules. All decisions of the Sponsors are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. 8. Québec residents may submit any complaint respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest to the Régie des alcohols, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any complaint respecting the awarding of a prize maybe submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
