I've not had this problem before and this came up probably a week or so ago.. I'm using Window 7 64bit and when I'm browsing websites with Chinese character on google search, websites, etc. there are lines that break up the characters and makes them unreadable.. Anyone know what's wrong?

I took a screenshot of a page of cantonese lyrics to show what I'm talking about.

I also took a screenshot from my laptop Window 7 32bit which shows what IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE

Weird, never seen it before on my 64-bit Win7

Have you tried changing the encoding manually on the browser? Or even use a different browser under x64?

It's probably your browser's character encoding... have you tried another browser or switched character encoding?

Are you at 100% zoom? My laptop in windows 95 days used to do that when not at normal zoom with websites.

I'm using Chrome atm.. updated to the newest beta. I guess I'll try on another browser when I get home!
As you can see.. this only happens with chinese characters and english characters are perfectly fine at any zoom level.
Weird.. and annoying
