Ontariocolleges.ca help with offers of admission, wait for an offer from preferred

Just wanting to know how offers of admissions work for colleges. I received an offer from George brown, but my preferred college is centennial. No offers from centennial yet. does anyone know what happens If I accept the offer from gbc since their offer has an exiry date? Do the other colleges still give their offers out ?

Just accept the offer from gbc first, your offer with centennial will not be affected. There should be info on this on the ontario college website.

Yep, accepting one offer does not have any bearing on the admission process for the others applications. If you end up with a better offer you can accept it and the system will automatically send a decline to the offer you previously accepted. Just be very sure about your choices as most, if not all schools, are very firm when it comes to the deadlines. If you change your mind after declining and the date has past, most will make you live by that choice with no "do- overs"....
