suggest a point n shot camera plz

plz suggest a point n shot camera for my sister. she needs it for amateur use, not a techie. expected configs are:

100-200$
MP: 10+ (10-12 is sufficient)
Optical focus: 3X (upto 5X is sufficient)
must take clear indoor pix
must have lithium ion battery (not operated by AA or AAA battery)
preferred: nikon, sony, canon, panasonic

Canon Elph 100. Good reviews all around. Good day/night shots. 4x optical zoom. Was on sale a couple weeks ago for $154 in Canada Computers. Might still be on sale at some places (reg $199). Got it as a quick trip camera couple weeks ago. Can't compare to my D90 of course - but for a point-and-shoot, it's great.

Can't "zoom" while shooting video - keep that in mind.

besides canon elph100, I'll suggest sony wx7 if you'll stretch the budget for another $20-$30. It takes very good pictures, plus it takes exceptionally great video too!
