I ordered from EQ Band back in Sept 23rd and iskinmedix back in Sept 28th. Both of my stuff haven't arrived yet. I'm emailing both of them, but I haven't gotten a response back yet. I will go through Wagjag and Teambuy if I have to get my stuff or money back.
Has anyone order from these sites and gotten their stuff yet?

Thank you so much for this information. I did not receive the information about the call centre number and I purchased this Buy. I had no luck getting through to the company and submitting a ticket on Teambuy was pretty useless too - no information forthcoming, "tech difficulties" cited.
How can I made sure that I receive my products? Who can I contact for the call centre number. This has been a disastrous experience for me with teamBuy. I will be wary of buying again.

I called that number. The pillows were delayed at customs. So all the orders that were placed before wasn't processed. But hopefully they will send out the pillow this week by UPS with a confirmation#.
One note: My account on their website doesn't even show my order anymore. The page is blank.

This pillow company isn't even based in North America.
The deal seems like a good deal... everyone bought into it because of the "memory foam". This pillow is as light as a feather. IMO the heavier the memory foam, likely the better quality.

Is it really a better deal than getting a memory foam pillow locally?
I don't know anything about those...
But I prefer the Mediflow pillow that Shoppers sells- you fill that with water to get the support you want.
It was reccomended by the phisio place I went to, but even if it wasn't I would have bought it.
I like pillows that are a bit "higher" so it is great for me.
When I got stuff from the UK last year, airmail took around 2 or 3 weeks at most.

Request a refund from TeamBuy. Iskin Medix is linked with a company called o spa in the UK also and run by multitrack group who are in financial trouble. Iskin medix and o spa have been using groupon,Teambuy, and other group deal websites to sell products that they are unable to fulfill or carry out purchased services as they are trying to dig themselves out of a big financial hole and scam people into believing their goods will arrive. There is no way of contacting the companies, they do not respond and people who ordered items in the UK were charged extra postage which the company has run off with. Get your refund straight away and do not continue to wait for goods that the company has no way or intention of fulfilling.

I still haven't gotten my pillows. I emailed Teambuy, now they say "These pillows have begun to ship. All orders should be sent out by the First week of December. We are sorry for the delays. If you have any other questions I would be happy to answer them. I hope you have a good day."
I emailed Iskinmedix several times with no responses at all. I can't even log into their website account... it's blank. This is getting ********.

I still haven't received any tracking number from iskinmedix. I'm also going to ask for a refund from Teambuy. Too many excuses and delays.. I'll just go and buy one instead of waiting till whenever.

I have been emailing back and forth and following up with Teambuy on this deal I bought from them. They kept promising that the pillows will be delivered soon. iSkinMedix never responded to any of my emails for these 3 months that I have been trying to get these pillows offer redeemed.
I suggest that everyone who had been scammed by this deal offer demand a money back from TeamBuy.ca instead of them just simply promising that they are trying hard to get the product delivered which never seem to happen.
A legal class action may help settle this. I know that the deal cost was $32 for these 2 Memory Pillows. But imagine how many of us had been scammed by this?
TeamBuy should fix and settle this. It should not be the deal buyer's responsibility to chase after iSinMedix as TeamBuy has to be the once guaranteeing their offers to be true and they are the once partnering and offering the deals.

...everyone who bought this iSkinMedix deal has to be automatically refunded by Team Buy by now, instead of making promises that they are working hard to get the pillows delivered.
Or a Legal Class Action lawsuit will have to be filed against them.

Just be persistent in calling TeamBuy and you should be able to get a refund. I tried calling a few times over a one week period and finally got through to a CSR. He offered me a refund back to my credit card right away. Usually, they offer teambucks as credit first, so I suspect TeamBuy has a clue about the situation.

Almost two months after placing my order for "memory pillows" I have received nothing.
Teambuy's CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE is a joke - on hold twice for a total of about 40 minutes - not even voice mail to leave a message.
You have to love these internet based "group" buy sites where you can't actually talk to anyone.
No replies (other than automated replies) to emails and voicemail appears to be an eternal loop.
Just give me my money back - anyone have a number where I can reach a live voice to request a refund!!

Email iskinmedix few times and no one ever replay. The web site didn't even work when you check out the pillows.
Can't reached team buy on the phone, I don't think they have any operator working. Called twice and both time, I wait in line then just say voice mail is full.
So I email Teambuy to ask for refund. The next day I recieved shipped information from team buy with a tracking number. It is actually shipped from Lenexa, KS, United States. I haven't recieved the pillows yet, probally junk quality, see what happen. It is weird how Teambuy give me the tracking number and ship me the item. It is like they operated it. Kind of fishy. I remember team buy sold over 2000 of these and they keep on extending the buy deadline. When I posted a negative message about how iskinmedix web site doesn't work and they don't replay their email, team buy removed my message from discuession board. Something smell fishy. Not sure if I can trust buying stuff from team buy again.

I canceled my order with Teambuy by email and received my refund within a few days to my credit card account. However, it took three tries to get them to answer in the first place. Emails to iskinmedix went unanswered.
A few days later I received a notification from iskinmedix that my order had shipped.
Today, UPS tried to deliver them but required Brokerage fees and taxes amounting to $21.67. I refused the delivery.
So, you might get them delivered but there will be another fee to pay if you want them, even though Teambuy assured us that they were being shipped from Canada.

Today I FINALLY picked up my pillows that i bought from TEAMBUY. What an ordeal and well i'm about to sleep on them tonight. My first impression is that they pretty light and small (standard size?) so I'm not expecting them to be like the tempur-pedic ones. And do they ever smell like chemicals (contact cement almost) , I'm not sure if I should be concerned though but gonna try it tonight after waiting 4-5 months for these things.
I had refused the shipment at my front door from UPS due to the duties and brokerage fees. I then called UPS and told them that these were already paid. They confirmed that they were and told me i could pick them up from the warehouse at Jane and steels. When i got there they had told me that there was still a brokerage fee and when i told them that they were already paid for they called UPS to get confirmation. Me being totally annoyed at this also called UPS (1-800-PICK-UPS then press #3) to confirm this. After the lady at the desk hung up she went to talk to her co workers asking if she should release it when, I quote she said to them "yes they told me to release the package. What? no I didn't get an authorize code" Luckily i was on the phone with the UPS agent who was willing to give me an authorize code so i handed my phone to the lady at the desk.
A word of advice Do not go there near closing, it's a mad house there with employees going home, and delivery trucks coming back into the yard.
What should have been a 5 minute pick up, tops. Ended up being 30 mins. I'm just glad I was able to pick them up without paying extra. UPS is probably the $hittiest delivery service ever and I avoid them like the plague. There is a reason they are brown.
Good luck to everyone and their pillows. I hope this was worth the wait, though I kind of doubt it.

Wow, I'm glad I got a refund from Teambuy after reading your stories. I bought a memory foam pillow from Walmart for $10... I didn't like it as it didn't give me much support and was kinda hard. So back to my fluffy pillows :)

That's the moral IMO. All these daily deal sites are varying degrees of scams like those penny auction sites. Your best protection is going to a traditional big box store like Costco/Wal-Mart etc or Amazon.

Teambuy has continued to fall down on their promises. I bought a mani-pedi from them a while ago. It turned out that the “nail salon” was really a place for students to practice - and without supervision. They ruined my nails. I finally got Teambuy to give me a credit. I tried to use it by buying a restaurant voucher. How could that go wrong? The voucher wasn’t on my account so I couldn’t access it. I let them know and they emailed the voucher to me. I couldn’t open the email and it crashed my computer. I still haven’t gotten the voucher I paid for. I tried one more time to use the rest of my credit. I bought a chimney cleaning that was listed as serving my area. When I called for the appointment, I was told they don’t service my area. I then contacted Teambuy and they said that normally they don’t do anything after 7 days, but in my case, they would give me a credit. But they didn’t. So now I’m out of pocket for a restaurant voucher and a chimney cleaning with no action from Teambuy after contacting them repeatedly. Any advice would be much appreciated.
