Where did the recommendation come from ?

In terms of your presumed goal to " gain mass " and given it's 600 calories ........

- how many calories are you taking in a day now to help you gain mass ?

- how much do you weigh ?

A period indicates a statement. A question mark indicates a question. Grammar isn't all that hard...

Haven't tried it, but as far as the profile looks, seems like a pretty decent weight gainer, as far as they go.

This is one of the better ones. I tried it, but I can't remember if I had seen significant gains with this (there was a period of time i was taking proteins but not really working out/ eating properly) so can't say if it's awesome or not. I will say this, if you're gonna purchase a weight gainer, although expensive go with this one for the simple fact that the sugar levels is much much much lower than other weight gainers, also the fat is on the lower end to.

I wouldn't waste my money on it. 30 scoops, at 4 scoops per serving, you'll spend $50+ on 7 servings.

$50 can buy me a weeks worth of groceries and more than 600 calories per serving.

Try that again...

Personally I think OTC weight gainers are a huge waste of money even for the tiny bit of convenience it might add.

Make your own, will be cheaper and you know what your getting in it exactly. And you can tweak it to be either a high fat or high carb and protein gainer,

I agree with above. Homemade shakes are the way to go.

-1 scoop whey
-1 cup milk
-1/2 cup oats
-1 banana
-1 tbsp peanut butter
-1 tbsp olive oil

calories = 700 calories
cost = less than $1 per serving.
