how is the weather and beach water temp in last week of nov

thinking of varadero the week of nov 26th

from experiences in the past ,,how is the weather in varadero in last week of nov plus how is the ocean as well..is it cold..warm

Would probably be mid-to-high 20's during the day (more mid than high), but would cool down quite a bit after the sun goes down - which is fairly early this time of year. Windy during the day.

Ocean stays fairly warm - high 70's-low 80's. Takes a lot of cooler weather to cool down that much water. Ocean will be warmer than the pools, which cool down quite a bit at night, but don't warm up as much during the day as the days are shorter.
