The AMD Phenom II X6 1055T has a TDP of 95W.
Note the "T".

Thanks for pointing that out, I am not sure about the differences in TDP but this is the second combo I've bought and the first 1055T CPU I installed in the last system POSTed and ran without any hitches, even the Turbo CORE mode was kicking in up to 3.3GHz. I was not aware that AMD made two different versions of the 1055T and I did research on the Asus board before purchase which states it supports the 1055T, but perhaps I overlooked the 95W TDP section. Regardless the combo does work but now I am left sitting here scratching my head and butt.

 My goof!
AMD originally released the 1055T (HDT55TFBK6DGR/HDT55TFBGRBOX) with TDP of 125W.
The later releases (HDT55TWFK6DGR/HDT55TWFGRBOX) have TDP of 95W.

Good catch.
