I use dental floss every day. I normally purchase a 183yd container at the dollar store for about $2. Normally floss of this length goes for > $4 in stores.

Is there a place i can purchase dental floss in bulk. Be it many 183yd units for cheap or in one large spool.

I'm located in London, ON and am a regular consumer.

Thanks.

Costco sells a pack of like 12. It should last you a while.

Im not comfortable with reusing soiled floss but I suppose if you can educate me on your sterilization process that will help. Also, how many iterations of your use-sterilize-use can your floss thread take before it thins out / splits?

Thanks for the education. Your method would be the most affordable but I certainly dont want a mouthful of between-teeth cavities on the next visit to the dentist.

I would not recommend reusing it. I read that you need a clean area of floss for each tooth or you are spreading bacteria.

Yeah, there's no way that's accurate.

There's no bacteria that can't easily spread throughout your entire mouth without the help of floss.
