I would love to see a reboot of...
Cannonball Run!!!
For anyone that hasn't seen it, think of Oceans 11 meets Fast and the Furious... Sorta...

Here are few that I believe could do with a "good" remake.
Highlander - horrible sequels
Superman - there has NEVER been a good Superman movie - sad as there are many great Superman comics
The Last Unicorn - original was amazing but would like to see what could be done with modern animation

if you like Thundercats, then it should not be rebooted.
Why not reboot some crappy show that had potential. How about an Indiana Jones tv series, or another Hercules/Xena type show.

The recent Footloose remake would've been much better set in Taliban-controlled Afghanistan.

Reboot Logan's Run? I like the original and I know it's sacreligious but in my opinion, it hasn't aged well.

Except that Thundercats reboot was actually pretty good.
And just to be fair, the original Thundercats was also a Japanese/American co-production.

I wanted a Reboot movie.
Never really liked that show. What I think they should reboot from the YTV lineup is Beasties (Beast Wars). Premise was good, and in our memory it was a good show from childhood. But when I watched the first episode again recently, the animation was noticeably bad (for today's standards). Obviously at the time it met the expectations of "3d" graphics but they now have the technology to make it look great, and I think with a modern-day look it will be a big hit (I would personally watch it again)

- There's a reboot of Superman coming out in 2013 called Man of Steel
- There's a reboot of Highlander coming out in 2014, but it's being written by the script writer who adapted twilight
I wish they would stop making reboots, come out with some original ideas and stop r*ping the past.
I mean they're remaking Point Break, WTH why??? Its not like they can improve it with better effects?
