Does anyone know where you can buy plain (i.e. no characters or pictures, just a solid colour) panties in size 2T?
Most stores only stock from size 4 up, and those that do have size 2 have Disney princesses or some other licensed characters on it.

These ones from Old Navy have the days of the week: http://oldnavy.gapcanada.ca/browse/product.do?cid=44500&vid=1&pid=871440 I would look at Joe Fresh or H&M too, they usually have more simple styles.

Thanks - I'll check Old Navy. Don't know why that one slipped my mind!

I've already checked The Children's Place, Joe Fresh (Loblaws/ Superstore), H&M, Sears, Bonnie Togs (Carters/ Osh Kosh) and Walmart.
The smallest size that Joe Fresh have is size 3 (according to the shelves and packaging) but I have yet to actually find any in stock. Either way it'd be too big, my DD is pretty tiny, only around 24 lbs at 32 months :)
Sears and H&M have Disney Princess and lots of Hello Kitty. My DD actually really likes HK but doesn't want to wear HK panties, go figure. The Disney Princess ones come in huge 7- or 12-packs with different princesses on each one.
Bonnie Togs/ Osh Kosh have patterned and in size 2-3 and they look huge.
For Walmart's brands (George, Fruit of the Loom, Hanes) the smallest size is also 2T-3T but I've not been able to actually find any in stock. They're also briefs and I'd prefer bikini style.
The Children's Place has plain white but it's $12.50 for 3 panties :-0

My DD is almost done daytime potty training but won't wear the panties I have already bought because she likes the Pull Ups that have Princess Belle on them, so of the one Disney Princess 7-pack I bought, she'll only wear the one panty that has Belle on it. I'm basically looking for something plain so that I can iron-on Belle pictures, so that she'll wear those and we can finally be free of disposable pull-ups!

We usually buy the kids' underwear at Zellers.

Try Zellers for Hanes. I have lots of plain size 2s that fit my daughter's non-existant rear. She toilet trained at 18 months. They are well designed so they don't ride up or bind.

I got my kid underwear from walmart...they are the george brand ...
Initially I got the fruit of loom brand which was 100% cotton ( 2T-3T), but then I got the george brand since they have some spandex in them ,so after a few washes it doesnt look like a rag.

Thanks all - didn't think of Zellers. I checked and they had very few 2T/3T sizes (like Walmart) and even those are pretty big. I guess I'll have to fatten up my toddler :)
I ended up finding some panties at Winners and by luck found a standalone (probably lost from an open package) princess Belle one in 2T marked down to 50c :)
