“Win Pizza For a Year” - RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. TO ENTER: A random drawing will be conducted each month until further notice. To enter, visit http://pizzadelight.com/contests.html, complete and submit the online entry form as directed. Limit one entry per person per day. Entries must be received by Sponsor’s server no later than 11:59 p.m. EST on the final day of each month. Non-winning entries will not be included in subsequent draws.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Limit of one entry per person per day.
3. PRIZE. There is one (1) prize available to be won each month. Prize consists of one (1) 15” three topping round pizza, (1) 12” Garlic Cheese Fingers every month for a period of 12 consecutive months (approximate retail value is $305.00).
4. The odds of winning the grand prize are dependent on the number of eligible entries received during the contest period (each month).
5. The prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions, no exchanges, except by the Contest Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute prize with one of equal or lesser value.
6. ELIGIBILITY. The contest is open to residents of Canada except Pizza Delight franchise owners and employees and Pizza Delight Corporation employees.
7. HOW TO CLAIM PRIZE. A random draw for the grand prize will be held on the first business day of each month for the previous month, at the head office of Pizza Delight Corporation. All on-line entries collected from the onset of the promotion will be included in the draw. The decision of the contest judge is final. The potential winner will be contacted by phone or e-mail within 24 hours after the draw. If a potential winner is unable to be contacted after 5 days, he/she forfeits the prize without compensation and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. To be eligible for prizing, entrants must have correctly answered the skill-testing question without assistance. By entering this contest, the winner(s) agree to the use of their name, voice, likeness, and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by the Contest Sponsor without compensation.
9. This contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and is void where prohibited. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to amend the rules of the Contest, or to terminate the Contest at any time without notice to contestants.
