Fabric used for making Dresses/Clothing and Also Beads.

My wife likes to make her own clothes. We are on a budget and find that fabricland is a bit over priced especially compared to online.Some fabric types that we usually buy are Strech Velvet, Stretch Velvet Ends, Glitz and Glitter mixed fibres. Bloom prints, Riviera Challis Prints, Stretch Denim Ends, Polyester Exclosive of Foil Also if anyone knows where we can get Beaded Trim, Iron on Trim and Seed Beeds. I have seen some sites but many require 100-1000 units before they will give it to you for a cheap price. I was wondering if anyone orders fabrics online from china and other countries or in Canada for low prices. I dont mind buying 1-15 units/meters.
