I have 4x10$ New York Fries Gift Certificates. No restrictions on them. Have no use for them (even though i'd love to eat NYF :P)

Does each certificate has to be used in full ($10) on each transaction? In other words, does NYF provide change or balance of the unused portion?

The certificate says no chance provided so it must be used in full each time. Which is really not difficult as a poutine meal for two costs around 11 dollars.
