Unless you know someone who works at Acteryx, you're unlikely to find great discounts on any of their stuff.
There's occasionally some decent deals at Backcountry Outlet (now known as Department of Goods), but they're not permitted to ship Arcteryx to Canada so you'd have to get it shipped to Blaine or Point Roberts.
If they sell that particular jacket at Atmosphere, then that's probably your best bet. Wait until they have a Friends & Family event then use that coupon for 15-20% off.
It's not much, but Arcteryx stuff is hardly ever on sale.
