I got a few tickets in Section 317 Row 18, does anyone have any experience with this section (I think it used to be called Sprite Zone)? I can't really tell from the seating map if the view will be decent?

my experience is based on many years ago.. (around a decade ago now) but you're basically at the furthest seats from the court.. i remember having to bring binoculars to see the players "up close". it's pretty far, and the ACC is a pretty big arena so don't expect to be able to see a lot. i mean, you'll still see what's going on, i don't want to make it sound like you can't see anything LOL.
hopefully others who have gone more recently can comment?

Thanks Skyblue, I don't think much would have changed since you went, but if others could provide feedback I'd appreciate it.

I phoned in and got the section changed to 312 row 14 (same price). I was surprised that customer service let me without any charge.

I've sat in the sprite zone quite a few times. It's not too bad depending on which row you're sitting in. Obviously the closer you're sitting the better the view.
I enjoyed my sprite zone seats: the view wasn't bad, and the fans were the loudest in the sprite zone.

BTW, tickets came out already? Or is this for preseason games?

The 4 pack tix came out yesterday, you can also purchase the preseason Celtics game at Ticketmaster.

I remember when I was in high school, we would purchase Sprint Zone seats for $20/each and would always win the lower-bowl contests to seat closer. Good times. For the past few years, I've always gone to scalpers and paid discounted prices for lower bowl seats (if you go near game-time, they'll always give bargains).
