I'm suprised he takes the NYC subway I figure with his money he'd own a couple expensive cars and drive everday. Actually cool see an actor that still acts like a normal human and not huge ego driven douche.

I'd recommend reading up on Keanu's past, its quite unique. You'll realize the circumstances if you did :)

Sure he's a nice guy now, until Dennis Hopper tries to blow up that train.

I was just listening to a podcast from Jay Mohr who talks about working with Keanu on Street Kings
(podcast also covers his audition for Jerry Mcguire)

Good podcast, so far only listened to one, the only annoying thing is the 5 minutes of plugs at the start from Kevin Smith & Crew

Jake Gyllenhaal does too, and puts the people next to him to sleep.

Reeves has always seemed like a class act though. Then again, he's had a lot of time to work on it

This guy is pure class and I'm not talking about the seat he gave up. This guy gave up his profits of the 2 matrix sequels to the crew. Tell me who else in Hollywood would do that..........NONE.

I take the ttc every week during rush hour and gives up my seat for the elderly, yet I don't see pictures of myself in the net taken by stalkers? Why?

How is this story even remotely newsworthy? Plus the video was recorded many months ago.

Most celebrities are not completely self-centered. They are normal people too.
Ordinary people give up their seat all the time on subways and buses to people that have difficulty standing
for long periods too.

Some celebrities are also involved in a lot of philanthropist activities on their own volition as well.

I recall reading an article about Gretzky at the peak of his popularity walking into a random McDonald's and felt guilty about not signing all autograph requests.
He drove back and signed autographs for over an hour.

Semi-logical explanation to this....some talk about cloning. But the more likely explanation why we get so many celebrity lookalikes compared to the past is because a lot of them are from the same bloodline and lineage so they'll have some resemblances. I do remember hearing something Keanu Reave's relations and they seemed fairly high up and I wouldn't be surprised if Mounet was the same lineage.

Compare this to the entitled behaviour of people like Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears, Russel Crowe, etc...

She doesn't look that elderly?

Some celebrities are total *********s too. I've heard a story about Denzel Washington. Well, a couple of stories about Denzel. I don't want to get into details but anyway, he made an 80 year old woman cry and she was just trying to do her job as instructed by a P.A. There was also another incident where Denzel would refuse to work and delayed production of "John Q" in Toronto because he "didn't like how the sun was shining to his trailer.
