I guess they are just releasing the limited quantities they have throughout the day instead of say making the whole lot available right at once and they are gone in 10 minutes.

They are legit and are owned by Canadian Tire. A few weeks ago they had a promo for the $10 Tim's card for $5. I got the card, as promised, within 2 to 3 weeks in the mail.

Similar (about 3 minutes), but it eventually went through.
I'm guessing the server is feeling a tad overwhelmed right now.

They will be; the did the same for the last Timmy's gift certificate as well. Some of their "gaggles" are vouchers, which is why they have that system - you'll just get an email saying that your voucher is ready... and will be mailed to you ;)

Or it could just be to drum up interest in Gaggleup. They don't need to release a lot of CT cards, there's already been enough site traffic to crash their site at least once today!
Notice that they don't post how many deals are sold, unlike the majority of the deal sites?

My cards showed up TODAY! holy hell. I wasn't expecting them til well after xmas.
Me too!
Any idea how to check the balances to make sure they are correct?
The Tim Card balance checker (https://www.fdcardreloads.com/member/15623?command=MEMBER_QUICK_BALANCE&locale=en_CA) requires you to input the PIN, but I don't want to scratch it off since I want to give it away as part of a gift.
As for Canadian Tire, when I called they said that it should be whatever the denomination is that's pre-printed on the card and that they can't actually check the balance until the card activates at first usage.
