That to me reads that you can buy them 1 at a time, up to three. It doesn't look at all to me like 1 per person but it is also not 100% clear.

It's one per account. Otherwise people would make separate orders. Limit of 3 per household because there could be several people living in the house. This is better than the PATH deals where they limit one per household. You would think only one person lives there.

The C-Tire/Tim's combo deal is only supposed to be 1 per household anyways. It's only the Tim's standalone deal that's supposed to be 3 per hh.

like i said (and others), the $5 for $10, I could not order another one...it bumps you out and says you reached your limit. Thats why ppl were complaining...you were a lucky one to get 2 of those on the same account.

I've just been able to get one at a time... I had to create more than one account to get more.
I just complete one purchange then sign out and sign back in with a different account to get any others.

Gaggle up is associated w/ Canadian Tire and to be honest, the CDN Tire store I go to is a disorganized mess. They never have what you want on display. too much merchandise for the store size...... but it's the only one in our area, so I guess as a consumer, you put up with the frustration.

Seems almost normal that the Gaggle up deal would be wrong as well given my luck w/ Canadian Tire.

My neighbor got some as well. I'll ask if he got three if they have arrived yet in his mailbox....
