Buying a Condo in DT Toronto in the Cityplace area

Hi Everyone,

I'm hoping someone who lives around the area, or has insights on the downtown condo market could help me out. I've been shopping around for a few months now checking out condos dt and i've been pretty set on finding a corner 1 bdrm + den unit. now i'm just wondering which building to focus on. Lately i've seen a few showing up in 35 Mariner Terr and i'm just wondering how's the maintenance of these buildings. Are there any that i should avoid? How's the maintenance at buildings in the Cityplace area in general?

It's a huge investment for me and i'm also planning on living in the building within 2 years. I don't want to be in an old building that's deteriorating without any proper upkeep. =P

Thanks!

the location is convenient for me and i like the view that area has as opposed to other regions near the dt core. I will be working in the dt core once i graduate in the next two years.
