Hey guys my wrt54g router is starting to act up after 8 years (yup, amazing) and im looking for a new router. There are alot of places sellnig routers so if anyone knows of a good deal on a wireless n (preferrably cisco/linksys) I'd appreciate it. It's going to have 2 computers connected to it with a bit of gaming.
Thanks in advance

Get the TP Link TL-WR1043ND.
It's a gigabit n router. Sooooooo stable. I reset maybe twice the first month and not in the last 4-5 months.
It's around $60 at Futureshop and Canada Computers and Sig Electronics. I got mine for $55 @ CC on sale.
I'm happy.

It depends what you need. Unfortunately, as I recently found out, it's no longer as simple as "get a wireless n router".
For instance, do you need it to do simultaneous Wireless-G as well? (For older devices?)
Do you need it to be dual band (supporting the less-crowded 5GHz spectrum)? If you do, do you need it to be simultaneous? Otherwise, only N-enabled devices -- and only those that support the 5GHz frequencies -- will be able to connect when N-5GHz mode is enabled.
Do you need to have gigabit ethernet ports? It'll be worth it, if you're moving a lot of large files around and plan to use this router for years to come.
And if you do need all those things, and you'll be moving a lot of files around, then should you spring for a MIMO router?
I actually said yes to all these things, and once I was all said and done, ended up with the $170 Linksys e4200. A MIMO, simultaneous dual-band wireless gigabit ethernet router. It's a mouthful, but those all mean things, and they're all very important.
I needed 5GHz, for instance, because I live in a crowded populated area. But my Xbox360 only does 2.4GHz, and I have a few G-only devices, so it had to be dual-band simultaneous. And since I move a lot of files around to my NAS, I needed to spring for gigabit ethernet.
Things worth considering.
