Winter plan for 401 Westbound constructions?

So... If we don't have the warm weather recently, all the constructions should've been wrapped up already...

But tonight, those guys are at it again, still working on collector between Western - 409, and all that expension near Hurontario...

I am just wondering, if they start something and can't finish it due to weather, does that mean we are going to have 1 less lane for the winter?

Also, what is the target for this winter, how many lanes are we going to have?

They have the equipment and technology. Imho organized crime bids on these contracts and takes their sweet ass time to build to keep their wages high and milk the govt. How long does it really take?

If we are lucky the 400/401 part will finish in 2 years, just like the project at 401 and yonge st.
I'd say in China it's 1 month job.

As always, they will work until it snows a bit, then wrap it up and hibernate until next September, when the road is full of people going to work AND students. Stupid for them to work during the summer when nobody is here...
