not with the way the BoSox were playing...and not with the way the Cards were playing. After the first inning in game 3, you could tell they weren't going to do it.

I believe it's just a self-proclaimed statement that shows that they are just regular guys and average joe's who enjoy playing the game of baseball

No idea. But, I think New England is a name represents 6 states: Maine, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont.

That's correct. It represents that entire area (to which I'll be moving soon).

The Patriots used to be called Boston Patriots, but changed to a regional name later. Plus, they play in Foxboro, MA.
