You can't get upcoming giveaways in advance. You have to wait for the day of the giveaways. lol.

if you have NoScript and/or Ad Block on your browser then you will have to temporarily allow some files.

For example;
say viewing site: http://www.dose.ca/12days/index.html
you do not see the giveaway at the top of this page (very large and at least one screen)
then go to Adblock (looks like a stop sign) and click the small downward arrow on the icon to see the drop down options
select allow dose.ca
then refresh the page (ie click the reload/refresh circular icon)

also if NoScript has any red indicators on the blue S icon then you can click on icon to show drop down menu and temporarily allow this page

the requested resource is missing".

I have IOS 4.2.1 on my Iphone 3G, and the downloaded book does not work for me. I can view it on the shelf of the ibooks app, but it says "failed to load book because

I assume you've quit all of your apps and restarted your phone?

If so, try the following:

1) Try opening another book.
2) Try deleting and redownloading the book
3) Try deleting the app, and reinstalling it.
4) If none of those work, you might have to admit that it just isn't compatible with the version of iBooks you are running. The 3G running that OS is getting a bit long in the tooth.
