I know NetFirms has been around for a looooooong loooooong time, but are they good to their shared hosting customers?
StableHost used to be good when they started, but now if you look around I am sure you can find quite a few negative reviews....

i tried to host with them during one of their specials $2.49 mo or something, but was getting errors on their form page (postal code issues) ... the support was terrible, couldn't even get my business, not sure how they will do with keeping my business.

One of the worst hosts out there. Going with these Guys or godaddy you get slow servers and that means slow loading times which is one of the single most important factors for seo. Try Infinityws.com for great speeds and service. It's who we use.
