If any of you have taken MGTA03 (Boivard) or RLGA02 (Perley) at UTSC and can give me some feedback as to how they were (difficulty, course load, breakdown etc.) that'd be great. Im a 4th year biology and health student looking for an elective, thanks!

Don't know about the other two, but RLGA01 and A02 are fairly simple, friends who took them got easy 85+. Midterm, final, few simple quizzes on definitions IIRC.

Thanks for your input. I am leaning towards RLGA02 but I hope I dont get stuck with a hard TA..kinda sucks that the lecture is at 8am!

Pretty sure there is weboption for RLGA02. I'm thinking of taking it as well. I took MGTA03 with Bovaird and it's very easy. Can't go wrong with either choice.

I hope so, there isnt one at the moment! Do you think MGTA03 will be easier than RLGA02? I suck at/dont know anything about math or business. I can't take both because the lectures conflict so I dont know which to choose.

RLGA02 was very easy. I suck at essay writing but did good on the major assignment.

RLGA02H3 is listed under there. Can't really make a decision for you because I haven't taken both of them. My advice is to chose whichever interests you the most.

Does RLGA02 require you to go to the lecture? Not that I don't want to attend the lecture live but because I can't.

I haven't taken either course but I heard management was easy among life science students. Religion can be a bore if you don't like that kind of stuff according to my friends.
I personally would take management. It doesn't hurt to learn about basic management topics especially during this kind of economy.

I haven't taken Religion, but I just did Management this semester. And it's seriously a really easy course.
If you're worried, there's no math in MGTA03, and its relatively basic (I've never taken business in high school and I was fine)
And the management textbook is like ~150 pages. Was pretty interesting to read too

10% of your mark is participation, 5% of which is from little inclass assignments, like answering a question with a few sentences.
FYI, Perley is an awesome lecturer and I would definitely take the course again is it wasn't so early.
