I'm trying to decide which Food Storage container to buy - Lock & Lock OR Rubbermaid? The prime use of these containers is to store the food and bring to the office for everyday's lunch. I want the one with super leak resistance. Which brand should I go for?

I like the rubbermaid easy storage because I hate searching for a lid when packing my lunch (these are the ones where the lids snap together and onto the bottom of a container). I haven't had any leak issues. I had a small set of lock and lock it it did seem to have an even better seal though. Do they make lock and lock in glass now?

Personally, I like the Ziploc screw-top containers. Sturdy and leakproof, at a really good price. Otherwise I use Lock & Locks. Lock & locks are great until/unless one of the snaps comes undone (it's rare but it can happen) :(

Yes.

I found that lock and lock on round containers causes the lid to distort and break the seal. I have no issues with the square ones however
I also like OXO good grips

Rubbermaid EasyFind makes the most sense, IMO. I've never yet had any leakage, and their boxed value packs are often on sale throughout the year. Just picked up 2 more boxes, 15 assorted size containers each, for $8 a box at Walmart's Boxing Week sale. At that kind of price they're actually cheaper than the so-called disposables.
