Back in September, username Lancier PM'd me asking if I wanted to buy his Wagjag codes. I agreed to buy 4 $5 codes & 4 $10 codes. Sent payment by Paypal, all was well. 2 of the $10 codes didn't work and were claimed as already used but I didn't think too much of it & figured I had used them without remembering to write it down (which I now know is wrong).
December 2, username Spearman42 wrote asking same thing, we agreed again for Wagjag codes & I sent him money by Paypal again by December 13 (to same email). He PM'd me back the EXACT SAME CODES he sent me in September! Since then he has not returned my PM's after reading them, no reply to Paypal money request, nothing.
He stole $19 from me. Not that much money I know but that's not the point, who knows how many people he's stolen from.

Have you called and asked for him? If he knows you know his parents' phone number, perhaps he'll be a little more willing to refund.

SO, a month later he PM's me.....
"I am sorry for not responding sooner, but I do not recall having 2 accounts, and there is nothing in the outbox of this account that suggests the codes were used, and, as I'm 99.99% sure that I deleted the text file I saved the codes in, as I have done with all previous codes, therefore I assumed it was a blackmail attempt. If you can get me proof of having received duplicate codes, I will get the money to you as soon as possible, or get some more WagJag coupons."

Blackmail, riiiiiiiiight. I wrote him back with his "proof" (although really, I sent the payment to the same email address, look at your own damn proof!). I'll see what happens but I'm not holding my breath. Will be calling his parents if I don't get a refund by Feb 1.

Well I got my refund, I think the motivation was removing this thread. Not doing that, but will remove some content.

I didn't scam you, as I have refunded you, and therefore if it doesn't update on Google, it is still libel.

Edit: If you did leave it for a month, you would of heard from the police, and you still will if Google doesn't update the search results by February 1st.

Give google a minute dude. Nothing posted now is libel, if you want to go after google for not updating the cache right away, go ahead. Hopefully they will take 5 weeks to reply to your email.
