I want to make sure I'm not going crazy because I remember there used to be an electronic music festival (house, dance, euro, etc) in the late 1990s to early 2000s. They would close down Temperance Street and set up a stage. Unfortunately, I never went -- but every year I heard about it, I wanted to go. Please, someone, can you verify that the festival actually took place. Google doesn't turn up anything and I hope I'm not going crazy.
