Am I screwed? I can't find the pink slip about my membership details at Wynn Fitness

I noticed they've already screwed me over. I had an agreement with one of the reps that he'd give me the membership at $45/month, but he *****ed me over and gave me full price. I plan on staying with them the whole year, but want to opt out when the year is up.

What are my chances of cancelling my membership after the year is over?

Thank you, I feel somewhat relieved now. The only thing left that I'm concerned about is how they jacked the membership fee, anything I could do about that? I just remember when I came in for the sales pitch I signed the contract with $45 as the monthly fee, no way in hell I would've signed that for full membership.

Have you asked them about the jacked up fee?
As to why it is different from the original plan you where getting.
Not really sure where you can go from here if you signed the contract.
Guess you are hoping they will adjust as a gesture of good will.
I assume by now you are outside the 10 day signing agreement?
