Is the price on the autotrader website including tax or before tax?
Some are private sellers and list the car price. I would assume the price is including tax?

Some are private sellers and list the car price. I would assume the price is including tax? None of the prices include tax.
If you buy from a dealer, you pay the dealer negotiated price + HST.
If you buy from a private seller, you pay the seller the negotiated price...and you pay HST to the gov't when you register the vehicle.

Plus some dealers try to tack on an admin fee. Not all is always included in advertised prices.
