Guys..don't get fooled by Bosco as they will tell you after servicing your furnace that they found a crack in your heat exchanger and you cannot use your furnace until fixed. what that means is that they will red tag your unit and scare you that you can not turn your furnace on until its fixed. They will also send the notice to your gas company which in turn can shut off your gas supply if you dont' get your furnace fixed. Bosco will then try to sell you their new furnace. Before trusting them, just call another furnace guy to check your furnace again as there won't be any crack in your heat exchanger (most likely) as in my case. And if there is a crack, Bosco should be able to detect carbon monoxite leak on the detector.

i KNEW it was to big a coincidence
MAN i'm angry
how the hell can this get done (repeatedly apparently) and no one catches on???
