For me, it's turnip cake. Or Lo Ba Gao in Chinese. This thing smells like used condoms that have been stewing in the hot summer sun.

Eggs by themselves (eggs in pancakes or soup I'm fine with but an actual egg...)
Also...liver
I usually don't try out weird things though. Certain Thai curries (like the green curry which tasted like soap) are bad while others are great. And I don't like Indian curries either, I find most of the masalas to be bad although I like kabobs.

Indian food. Generally I can handle spices but I prefer not to eat it, but when the mere smell of it stops me in my tracks then...
Pigeon is another item that comes to mind. I had a friend who said they loved it and it was their favorite meat. I took their word for it and it was awful. Tasted kinda like duck but with a weird bitter aftertaste.

Pretty much nothing. I mean yeah I wouldn't want to eat the eye of a lamb that was just slaughtered in front of me, but if someone gave me a lamb eye dish that looked good I'd try it.

Organ meat is delicious (liver, gizzards, intestine, fish eyes, etc... are awesome...just not the colon).
The one thing I absolutely cannot stomach is durian. I've tried to eat it once and wow...it felt like I was eating a cold turd that was mixed with sugar.

Generally speaking, there is very little I don't eat within the confines of what people consider 'normal everyday food', I may not like it but I'll eat it if I have to. But if you like to explore exotic things like testicles of certain animal(s), bugs, and/or fermented something something, then there is quite a bit to go thru. I do like odd things (some people consider odd) like snake, raw oysters, sea urchin, etc...
On the normal side of the list, things that makes me sick (aka I cannot have):
Durian, Bananas, Milk
Both fruits makes me really sick, milk cause I am lactose and getting worst by the day; cheese, cream (in my coffee), ice cream used to go down just fine but I have to think twice nowadays if I like to sit on the toilet for over an hour after I consumed said milk product.
Normal for Azn families:
Sea Cucumbers, 冬蟲夏草 (for people that don't read Chinese, the direct translation is Winter Worm, Summer Grass)
I'll eat either just wish I don't because its some really gross looking **** but suppose to make you very health.

I think it's mainly because of the icky texture.

always wanted to try one. it seems like quite the "stimulating" experience...
The fruit is totally saturated with juice - almost over saturated. Even the slightest touch lets drops of juice flow. If you scratch or damage the fruits - the fruits will bleed juice even without further touching or squeezing.

To each their own. A1 isn't bad - I'll use it in a pinch. HP is one of those flavours I've enjoyed since I was a kid, so it stuck - I didn't have my first taste of A1 until I was older.

Usually there is little I cannot or won't eat. But somehow roasted silkworm larvae/pupa that I had in China just didn't appeal to me.
I really want to try harkal to see exactly how bad it can be. Also, want to try balut.
The only thing I think I "might" balk at is human placenta. I know it is eaten in some cultures and fine by me. Not sure if I would manage it.

balut freaked me out, and i rarely get freaked out, especially by food. tried it last year. foodymart had it so i bought one and boiled it up at home. surprisingly, i didn't care for it that much. i'd rather eat a poached egg.
and the human placenta thing is not really meant to be 'food', per se. it's really for 'medicinal' purposes. our midwife told us about people dehydrating it and powder it to make it into pills. freaky.
and i think i'd be able to handle harkal. i've had fermented stingray before, and i'd imagine that it would taste similar.

For some other posts:
HP Sauce all the way. Again a very British influenced taste...it hits the same flavour space as foods with Worchestershire sauce. Find that many of my American friends just don't have that same palate (since the underlying flavour has the same base as Swiss Chalet Sauce, make sense why many Canadians are addicted...and why most of my American friends are indifferent).

Yeah, somewhat similar to Worcestershire, but thicker and more vinegary, and a bit fruitier. I'm not sure I've ever picked up the Chalet Sauce undertones, even though I'm addicted to that as well - what's that flavour come from?
The food that grosses me out is goat cheese or any cheese that has a strong reeky smell.
