Waterproof Camera or Case?

I have an issue. I need either a waterproof camera/video camera or find a waterproof housing for my Sony Cybershot DSC W350.

Any recommendations? I saw a $250 waterproof digital cam at Tiger Direct, a $250 Ikelite housing for my camera, or a cheap $80 Kodak Easyshare C123....

I need this by Thursday Afternoon latest. (Feb 2). I am in Toronto.

Any thoughts?

How waterproof do you need it? Are you snorkeling or diving?

The camera will be for snorkeling swimming and surfing.

There is te Kodak zx5 at best buy for $179 but it's a bit too high. Costco also has one for $104 which I might buy and return after my trip

Why. If I'm not 100% satisfied I will most definitely take advantage of the customer satisfaction policy. My guess is at that price point it's gonna be a crappy camera. If its crappy and I'm not satisfied why wouldn't I return it.
