Question about Ontario Tuition Grant.

Hey there.

So, basically I know that I'm qualified for this new grant(according to this website:http://www.ousa.ca/tuitiongrant/ I meet all the criteria.

But when I go on my OSAP webpage, I can still see the OTG window and when I select it, it allows me to apply ?

Does this mean that this grant is NOT automatic ? I have to apply for it separately ??? even if I'm on OSAP and have been out of high school for less than 4 years, and all other stuff ?

I applied for it because I am not on OSAP, but I read somewhere that it would be automatically given to those on OSAP, thus no need to apply for it.
