I ended up buying parts to build a shoulder rig, but found myself using it only once. I find that a good chunk of my work is done on a slider, tripod, and monopod. The handle bar rods, clamp, and handles attach together onto a set of 15mm rails (not included) which make a perfect shoulder rig setup with the shoulder pad.

- Adjustable for different shoulder widths, for 15mm rods. I've added velcro on the top of the shoulder pad to mount accessories and counterweight, also attached a foam pad by velcro to ease the load on shoulders (fully removeable).
- Accessory box can hold batteries, audio transmitters, counter weight, and other accessories.
