The coupons were delivered yesterday with the mail in certain downtown Toronto condos. I'm not sure if other residences received them.

My friend in Whitby always gets these! I live in Ajax and never get em! Damn Wendys, makes me irate I miss out on coupon goodness :(

Anyway ever since Wendys changed their burgers I haven't been a huge fan. I got a baconator the other day and it was disgusting the patty's were WAY greasier than Wendys old thinner patties every bite I took it felt like I had more grease pouring into my mouth than actual hamburger.

Unfortunately I honestly don't feel I can get a half decent burger from any fast food joints anymore. As such I've been going to mom and pop for good burgers.

Just got a Wendy's coupon sheet in the mail yesterday. The sheet had 4 coupons on it, one of which had a free small fries without having to purchase anything else. Got a whole bunch because I live in an apartment where people recycle tons of their mail :D.

I live in Eastern Ontario, but we didn't get any Wendy's coupons. I don't go to Wendy's anymore, because they keep advertising their "My-my, my $1.89" on TV but in the US, they have the same deal for 99¢. That's almost half the price. If I had a 'free' coupon, or any coupons, then I'd think of going.

Other than the free fries, the rest of the coupons where you have to buy a fries+drink at regular price to get the free item seem really lame. How much do you really save compared to buying a combo?

I agree, I used to love Wendys burgers, but don't like their new ones. I never go there anymore.

Just walked by the Yonge/St. Clair location and the notice on the door says they apparently didn't pay rent for "December 2011 and/or January 2012" and that they "surreptitiously" vacated the premises on the January 20-22 weekend.
I think it's kind of weird they would just disappear overnight, I always thought it was a profitable location, but I guess not.

Ya, I had to re-cook the patty to get out all the oil fat.. gross..

That is it for wend's and me.

All this "HEALTH CRAP" is killing out junk food. All I want is an old time BIG MAC with Fries that are cooked up in REAL OIL and not that fake stuff that reaches the temperature of an easy bake oven!

And I want it served to me in the old syrofoam ozone depleting container... not that cardboard junk that retains the heat long enough for you to take 2 steps away from the cash.
