My Netbook Hardrive just die (S.M.A.R.T tells it). I do the HD test and it fail and now can't even log into my Netbook. The warranty expired a year ago, but since I use my CC, there is an extended 1 year warranty.
Does HP Warranty include HD failure? Is HD a part of the replacement? Thank you.

If your hard drive had failed within your 1 year Hewlett Packard warranty period then it would have been covered by HP and replaced.
You should contact your credit card company and find out what the process is for making a warranty claim. It may involve taking it to a repair shop to get diagnosed and an estimate provided for the work.
