I've got a PAYGO currently (PC Mobile) but work will start a new program that covers $35/month
what do you suggest?
I'm willing to pay $100-150 on a phone...

I'm in the GTA but I have a national customer so i may have to travel to Edmonton, Qc and the Maritimes to deal with.. I thought Wind had a smaller service area
if so, that's a definite factor!

I see.. We'll go with the Big 3 then! I'd say Fido Is the best without Retention plans aka a Fido standard plan; With retention plans they're all equally bad :facepalm:.
