Hello folks,

My wife and I just went through a nightmare and felt obligated to share.

You'll find this deal from Bizzy Boy auto detailing on all the group deal sites from time to time. None of them have an option to actually rate the service. I was hoping RedFlag could help.

I bought this off kijiji deals. I clean my car every few days but thought a good detail would be nice. They had my car for less then an hour. (he quoted me 1 1/2 hours)

The 1st thing they did was open the hood and start blasting the hot engine, I already cringed, well, they said you have to wait in this room and can't come back here (I still peek through the door from time to time but they moved a curtain over the 2nd doorway completely covering their work then). The place was a total dive ( at least heated with a 2 heaters in the middle of the room) When it was finally done, I came out to have a look see...

From the moment I saw the front air dam full of road grim/salt, I knew it was going to be a poor job. I didn't know to what extent. There were dirt swirls around the car from wiping it with a dirty rag, rims untouched like it went through a touchless car wash (I could remove dirt with a light touch of my finger), he says there's nothing they can do about that, the acid is still setting in as he reaches for his dirty rag and proceeds to wipe them still leaving them dirty! The rims are new, I wash them all the time and nothing sticks to them, this was light dirt that didn't require any acid at all. Parts of the body were totally untouched including the body behind the rear wheels (he told me they have to drive it over a dirt road from behind the shop... what?! How lame is that, it was a light white haze from highway salt/dirt not a 10 sec drive over a dirt road... he tried to wipe it with his dirty rag again rubbing the dirt into my gloss... just no clue... the engine had no change whatsoever other than a light partial wipe of large surfaces (still leaving them dirty anyhow) and armor all on a single rad hose - the rest just as it was! trunk untouched, swirl marks on rear window with middle of it untouched (looks worse now) soapy water dripping of my dash into glove compartment - that was the shocker!! There was a little puddle of water in the glove box! Who cleans a dash with soapy water?? The dash still dirty in all the crevasses. Floor mats untouched but yet 2 removed and put in trunk?! it goes on. I was stunned as I drove off thinking what the heck can I do about this. :( Never again will I buy into a service without seeing reviews 1st.

The only other thing I found is that from all the deals sites, 2 links directed me to Elite Auto Collision : http://www.eliteautocollision.com/eliteac/

Then I recall seeing those business cards on the table in the waiting room when I was there so they are the same business - address is 47 Ingram Drive and in the pics on the Elite Auto Collision site, you can see only a single bay door...

The lot was full of cars for sale as well so I'm guessing they do sales, repair, detailing, etc. The Elite Auto Collision slogan is Corvette specialist and on the bizzy boy site :

http://www.bizzyboyautodetailers.com/Home_Page.html it says automotive specialist on the door.

I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB to possibly recover at least what I paid.

This was by far the worst business I have ever purchased any service from.

The job they did on my car was horrible. I basically paid for a really expensive car wash, and a crappy one at that.

The main guy there (rude little punk with an afro) was disrespectful the whole time I was there. To the point where I snapped and put him in his place. Something I shouldn't need to do when I'm a customer at a business.

Not only was the customer service garbage! the final product was just as crappy as everything else about that place (location, "waiting room", service, end-product

This place was like a bad nightmare! I've include some picture of my car after it was "detailed"

Save your money! NEVER BUY ANY SERVICES FROM BIZZY BOY!

I just had an experience with probably the rudest and most unprofessional employee I have ever encountered in a service environment. Skinny guy with an Afro who never did give his name.
I went to have my car detailed today and was informed that there were extra charges for an SUV. First he said it was $10 extra then it was $5. The coupon and the online deal (see link below) did not mention anything about extra charges for an SUV. Not only was the employee misinformed but after I questioned him on the extras he unilaterally decided that he would not detail the car. When I booked the appointment with Mark I was told that only taxes would be extra.
After I asked for his name he told me to " Get the **** out of here" .
Cleary this behaviour is unacceptable.
As a result I will not be able or willing to use this coupon with this service provider. I wouldn't let them near my car due to the lack of respect they demonstrate towards customers.

How this business is still allowed to operate is beyond me... there is NO criteria for placing your "so called" business on these "DEAL" sites. No one to really complain to and in the end few care to do anything. These business operators know this... so they keep spamming their deals all over the net knowing full well that the uninformed will fall for it, regret it but do nothing because it was only $39. They only exclusively go after 1st time business and keep the numbers rolling.

Imagine the mentality of a detailer that rubs dry dirt on your gloss coat and is totally oblivious to what is happening. They are not detailers, they are barely car wash attendants.

I purchased a deal from Dealfind.com - made an appointment on June 11th for Saturday, June 16th - as it is appointment only. I arrived there at 8:00 AM, as that was my given slot. The employee I spoke to, matches the description of those mentioning him. He said they didn't have any appointments at that time, but took me anyways. The inside is a complete sketch house. They only accept CASH or DEBIT, and there is no proper til for the cash.. I had to walk all the way to Keele and Lawrence to withdrawl cash from CIBC. When I returned, the car looked clean on the outside, but practically the same on the inside. I don't think they shampoo'd anything whatsoever. I assume they just sprayed a lot of air freshener and vacuumed - but that's about it. I could've done that myself for free! I was not impressed, and will never return to give them business again. I agree with the other posts - YOU OVER PAY FOR A CHEAP CAR WISH!

Sadly, just another victim of a shoddy business cranking out 'deals' and looking shady the whole time. My car was barely cleaned and yes it was an overpriced car wash that I could have done myself BUT the worst part of it is they must have used some scratchy old towel on my paint because now it's covered in scratches that I will have to pay 3-4x what the 'deal' cost me to have them removed. Waste of time, shady setup and I'm sure no return business EVER!!! I wished I had checked this site before I bought or used the coupon (I would have rather taken the loss).

These guys are out to lunch... most unprofessional individuals I have ever come across. Their names are Marc and I think Renold just in case any wants to know, when I started arguing with Renold he dropped his name along with his co-owner buddy.

GUys and girls do not, I repeat do not go to this place. its a piece of ***** and I'm not just talking about the staff.

Claims I didn't book an appt then that I didn't print my coupon. He was finding every way not to let me use the coupon.

I just left. Don't bother. Hate talking to ppl with no class.

Thx for all the info...you guys just saved me $39.

On a side note, I left a comment on the dealticker.com website for potential buyers of this deal to "read reviews online before purchasing"....it was removed within 10 minutes of me posting!!!!! (pretty shady). I have had bad experiences from this website...I would suggest NOT using dealticker.com...there are many other better options with better service/policies.
