I bought this voucher on Dec. 7,2011 and redeemed it on the next day. They replied me saying I will receive it within two weeks. However, it has been two months, I haven't got the straightener yet. Actually, I contacted them in January, a month after I redeemed the voucher, and reported the problem. Their customer service said : oh, Canada post lost our parcels, I would send you a new one and you would receive it within two weeks. OK, another month passed, I got nothing! And I have to call them again, this time they blame their warehouse saying something wrong with their warehouse, they will contact them and send the item to me next week. This time I ask for the parcel tracking number, they said no problem, they will provide me the number. OK, another week passed, I got no response at all!
I am so mad with them. I highly suspect they are lying to me. I checked online for their reviews, but I didn't see any customer comments. Does anyone have the same problem? What I need to do with this? Can I get my money back?
