theguyz: EMT reversal started shows on my onlien banking with a date of March 2, 2012 a refund.
Shiftup: Missing parcel from Canada Post since feb 21, CP is doing an investigation on my shippment to Blazzed16 - he has fully cooperated, and been diligent on our communication, as per tracking has not moved out of CP warehouse
blazed16: EMT's cancelled @ bank awaiting reversal from certapay and $ back into account, cerat is waiting for my refund to process to complete

Actually, you have bad( unfullfilled ) transactions with many, some from last friday and still not shipped or tracking, wonder why info is posted....

Posting of fraudelant users info is allowed, unless you come clean and return everything.

Also you cannot turn around a parcel with Canadapost if shipped, so means you didn't ship others package either as you say you are cancelling other persons..

No packages have been shipped form seller, as no one has gotten promised trackings in past week since initial postings.

People would wait if trackings as shows proof he's honest, but sell on 17th, no shipping weekend acceptable, monday , tuesday, wednesday and still no PM its shipped here's tracking. In PM's he does not reply to any or all and makes typical 'oh just read' when caught in situations.

He can return my EMT if he's legit, but others he has to as well. Not hard to remedy if legit, if not legit, he's just buying time.....like any fraudster. As well he hasn't admitting to shipping anything yet. So refunds would be easy!

* You did a trade on weekend, not shipped or tracking as of today ( 22nd ) telling him you will RTS his.
* 2 deals on 20th, said you are using business to ship, so if your at work how come not shipped or tracking. Business Canadapost is a joke is 3-8%, not cheap shipping as you claim...
* Tracked pm's sent( all opened various times of day ) to you and emails unanswered till midnight est regarding tracking
* You offered check /money order refund in morning not emt, told emt wanted by many and no issues with account till later in day
* mods/admins tell you to emt back all funds
* 4 hours later you post my online cancelled when you could had done it earlier ( EMT ), now said they said FAKE info....banks woudl not use that term, they would had said fraudelent activities and thats why account limited
* you could had shipped all with tracking today to prove everyone wrong. No but now offering refunds....

Scammers typically do this. All of their personal info is posted and then they come running back to try to make excuse after excuse after they've been caught red-handed. If JAC and co. didn't do this, you would've just took the money and ran and been long gone without a trace. And then you would've kept doing this to poor people.

Basically, you won't be taken seriously until you refund everyone that was involved as part of your scam. Till' then, you're a scammer pure and simple and your personal information will continued to be displayed for the world to see.

I really commend the RFD community and especially the mods and Jac for taking such a proactive approach in trying to catch people who use RFD to scam other members. I hope this will be a lesson for other potential scammers that RFD is not a scammers paradise full of easy marks like kijiji or craigslist and that they best move along and not conduct their business here. I question....but i know some smaller banks have different ways of handling EMT's, my co-operators account only allows me to ontario banks...while BMO/TD anywhere

Emts left my account this afternoon and showed up in parties emails.BUT i get a call from 1 of them telling me they tryed to deposit the emt and they get an error message and they bank told them its todo with my bank.I called my bank and they said they where going to forward this error of the receive who cant deposit it to the third party and it will take up to 24 hours....

Please dont keep trying to deposit it as it will lock up my account fully again just try around dinner time to accept and if not then tomorrow at lunch time they say it will be perfect....

They are able to enter the security answer and then it fails....They said by lunch time tomorrow they will be allowed to deposit the transactions into their account..They said doesnt always take 24 hours for the emt error to be removed but because they have to forward to 3rd party it can take that long..

He did say needed $ by end of week, and its technically end of month so moving time...I'm giving benefit, but still cautious.

As some of us know there is no 3rd party activations on EMT ability, its activated by your branch when account opened online.

I was told by my bank that sender has to contact his bank about this error EMT412 and I told blazed16 to contact his bank but he said they told him it will be fixed in 24 hrs. I am waiting till tomorrow to see if the error is gone.

IM only telling u guys what im told by online banking.That a 3rd party has to allow them there for the error.Branch has nothing to do with emts only the online part andaccount part.
The transactions took a 1.50 per in my account last night and it shows that the receive answered security question.

Transfers were made direct from my online baking account and i didnt email anyone.Online baking asks for receiver name and email and amount.

I cant even cancel them my self i get emt412 so supervisor said they can have them canceled and then she said probably be faster to find a new way to send money or to wait till that reported bmo payment is fixed.

So options i messaged the 2 partys about this

western union can be done as soon as the emts are canceled but the charges will be taken off and there not cheap.

Or can just go directly to a bank that u deal with and deposit money as its instant and no charge.

There is a supervisior that was dealing on the issue so she said she could get the emts i sent manually canceled since i could not cancel them and then the money would be put back into my account.She didnt have an exact time frame on it but told me i would not have to call back in as she was doing it personally.
