Acanac HD Cable TV coming soon?

I keep seeing Acanac ads in Metro/24, etc that advertises "HD Cable TV coming soon!"

There's nothing on it on the Acanac's website. Does anyone have any more info about it?

Never knew Rogers allowed third party provider for their cable tv services
