Hi All,
I'm wondering if anyone knows the real dealer invoice for a 2012 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD? My wife is looking to buy one in the near future, so with some investigation I found a site that is supposed to give the dealer invoice pricing. The catch is, I don't know if this is the real pricing or not.
According to the website (I can send it to you if you are interested), the pricing for an Explorer XLT 4WD with the tow package is $37,508.00. It breaks down like this:
2012 Ford Explorer 4WD XLT - $36,188.00
Fees (Air condition, freight, etc.) - $1,630.00
Class III Trailer Tow Pkg - $440.00
Ford Incentive for Exlporer XLT - $750.00
TOTAL - $37,508.00
If that is the legit price, then I have an idea of what I will offer the dealer.
On a side note - does anyone have an idea what the financing rates will be for the Explorer after March 31st? The current rates are 5.49/60 and 5.99/72. I'm wondering if they will be going into their "year end clearout" incentives and financing rates.
I won't be purchasing until next month anyhow, but it would be nice to know.
Thanks.
